I fully agree with that if you're in a part of the world with "sane" patent 
practices. But in the US that's a whole different thing. MS was just awarded a 
patent on the concept of "sudo", which is in use in the UN*X world since the 
70s or so already.

Unhappy 'bout the US trying to force their patent law on the rest of the 
world,
