Make sure that the drd smf service is running in the guest domains. DR is the
ability to add or remove devices dynamically without a reboot. If the guest
does not support it, it has to be rebooted for the chance to take affect.
Delayed just means that there is a DR operation waiting for a guest to reboot
for it to take place. When that happens, you any additional DR operations are
delayed until the one in the queue has completed.

Subject: Re: [ldoms-discuss] Ldom OS on SAN based zfs volume

I did power cycled the whole box and now the results are as following and i 've
one new question for you :-)

root at u006 # ldm add-vdisk zdisk1 zdisk1 at primary-vds0 ldom2
LDom ldom2 does not support dynamic reconfiguration of IO devices
Initiating delayed reconfigure operation on LDom ldom2. All configuration
changes for other LDoms are disabled until the LDom reboots, at which time
the new configuration for LDom ldom2 will also take effect.

What is actually delayed reconfiguration and when i try to add the same disk
to other domain i get

u006 # ldm add-vdisk zdisk1 zdisk1 at primary-vds0 ldom1
Operation on other LDom(s) not allowed while LDom ldom2 is in the process
of a delayed reconfiguration
