I'm confused. I hope you are not saying that vsw0 and vnet0 have the same MAC. The LDOM has to have it's own unique MAC. If you want your control domain to be able to talk to your ldom, you need to remap its bge0 to vsw0 maintaining the same mac address. What does ldm list-bindings say on the VSW line?
