Use the same approach as described in "BEGINNERS GUIDE TO LDOMS:
UNDERSTANDING AND DEPLOYING LOGICAL DOMAINS" on page 82:

Creating a Split PCI Configuration on a Sun Fire T2000 Server

primary# /opt/SUNWldm/bin/ldm list-bindings primary
...
IO: pci at 780 (bus_a)
pci at 7c0 (bus_b)
---

For the T5140 or T5240 use

pci at 400 (bus_a)
pci at 500 (bus_b)

You may need to add additional NICs and HBAs for redundant
network and storage configurations.
