IIRC you could already do VLAN tagging with LDOMs 1.1, have a look at
the explanation of the "pvid" and "vid" options. Without deeper research 
I'd guess

ldm add-vsw pvid=531 net-dev=e1000g1 my-vlan-tagged-vswitch primary

should do what you want (i.e. your LDOMs do not know that their packets 
are tagged with id 531 once they leave the physical system)
