We generally recommend against downgrading either sysFW or LDoms SW.  At the 
very least, you can expect that your existing spconfigs will not work (or worse 
yet, cause problems with the older sysFW).

If you must downgrade, I recommend you remove the LDom Manager's constraint 
database (/var/opt/SUNWldm/ldom-db.xml) and all saved spconfigs first.  You can 
try saving the constraints of your domains to XML file(s) (using "ldm 
ls-constraints -x [domain]").  We make no guarantees that these XML files will 
work on the older configuration, but in all likelihood they will (and if they 
don't it should be relatively straightforward to edit them to resolve any 
compatibility issues).
