It looks like a simple change to get Netscape 4.7 to work. Change:
<LINK REL="StyleSheet" HREF="pxb-casa.css">
to
<LINK REL="StyleSheet" type="text/css" HREF="pxb-casa.css">
BTW, I'm examining your css code. I'll probably include some of your ideas
in my entry. :)
