the list of changes is very impressive, seems to include all my changes, and 
even more - I think it's a good starting point for a cvs-based development.

I've tried rp-pppoe 3.0 weeks ago.
No problem compiling it and get it up and running. Unfortunately it died with 
kernel panic within 24 hours - I thought it may be related to the changes due 
to the kernel-level support.....???
