It was held for approval, because the attachment was to large. 
Unfortunately, I haven't caught up with my email backlog yet, so I approved 
the post. Sorry.

This is a feature (reply-to munging) that can be set by the list admin. The 
Mailman authors are discouraging its use though. They want to eventually 
remove it from Mailman. They want all of the mail clients to implement 
reply-to-list.
