I'm not absolutely sure. If you look at the SF statistics our totals are
much lower, but they gather their information from the SourceForge icon at
the bottom of our site. If you want, I'll ask the phpWS developers to
clarify what it's counting. Or, someone could look at the phpWS source and
enlighten us.
