I just performed a little test. I went to the admin "Client Stats" page and
hit reload. The counter incremented by one. It appears to count page loads
not visitors (unique IPs). It only counts phpWS pages though. The
unincorporated content isn't accounted for in the phpWS stats or the SF ones.
