About versions of the patches I use...
For each new kernel version (2.2), I remake the last init-rd and
linuxrc-always patches so they are tuned for the current kernel, then I
wind up using those.
Openwall is, by its nature, kernel specific; I use the most recent one
to build a kernel. Same thing for bridge/firewall, and for VPNMasq.
Perhaps I could put an image of the current CD up on SourceForge....?
Not a CDROM image, but all the files (as if the CDROM was mounted...)
Then one wouldn't have to download the CDROM to get the latest...
