Mike you are amazing.  And it's like you get better at this, all the
time.  I said it before, but I'm sure your Dad is proud of you.

About that agreement,

 1)  It looks like they are covering their behinds in case they 
     go under (and people lose data).

 2)  I don't have a law degree, and perhaps I'm out of place saying 
     this, but an agreement like that with no severability clause 
     is *so* not enforceable if challenged in court.  All it takes
     is one skillful lawyer to invalidate any clause in that, and 
     the whole thing gets tossed.  And there's nothing a judge wants 
     to do more than toss something out all at once (including your
     case) to speed things up and get the hearing off his calendar.
     But that's serious topic drift :-o

 3)  Where is the master offsite backup of LEAF material kept?

 4)  How many mirrors of the offsite backup are there?

 5)  How long does it take to backup the whole schmegegy?
