As somebody who has used various flavors of LRP for a while now (used to use CoyoteLinux), I would like to see floppy support remain. IMHO, a big part of this project is the ability to use old hardware. I have an old IBM desktop where the IDE channel is fried, but the floppy works, no USB ports. It has been great for my shorewall config. Until I get such a fat pipe at home that this box won't be able to handle the traffic, this is going to be my firewall. Of course, I would gladly upgrade if I got such a fast connection... ;)
