I did a boot image this way:
1) mounted the leaf bin floppy image on /mnt
2) makebootfat -o /dev/sde -Y -m ../syslinux-3.11/mbr.bin -b
../syslinux-3.11/ldlinux.bss -c ../syslinux-3.11/ldlinux.sys /mnt
3) sync;
put the usb on mobo and boot. (/dev/sde = usb stick)
