I ran recompiling from scratch branch next. And during it I saw subj.
Here is log:

am-wrapper: aclocal: /usr/bin/aclocal-1.8 is missing or not executable.
Please try emerging the correct version of automake.
autoreconf-2.68: aclocal failed with exit status: 1
In some packages that were assembled by rare automake/autoconf I remove
aclocal.m4 and possible Makefile.in to avoid using of rare automake that
isn't present on my system. And many packages really don't require
running autotools on them.
