The binaries (packages and kernel/modules) are different whenever they get rebuilt and then stored in the package repository. There will not be much of a history stored with them, as they don't get updated very often. Right now it looks like the packages repository just adds a new directory whenever a version gets created. Could we use tags or branches to achieve the same, e.g. create a branch stable/latest for the last versions? Branches and tags are easy to get rid of. Erich
