There is a thread on the Incidents list at Securityfocus, having to do
with probes on 515, that have been quite numerous, recently..

On a side note, there have been many probes on 111 that have been traced
to Korea. Dug Song, in another posting on the same list, mentioned that
there are over 4,000,000 (!) ADSL subscribers who are registered there.
