Hi All:
When required to wipe a hard drive, i ussually do the following
command 3 times.
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda
obviously if you are using different hard drives it could be hdb hdc
sda sdb etc.
I boot from a trinux disk to do this.
Perhaps i should write a driver for /dev/one to write all ones, it would
be a 10 minute exercise.
