Yes, but it's not necessary.  You can simply assign additional IP's to your
existing external interface using eth0_IP_EXTRA_ADDRS (or whichever eth# is
your external IF).

You can port-forward the services using the default 'mountain' firewall
rules (ie Materhorn, Eiger, Dachstein).

You can also use my extended scripts (preferrably from the latest Dachstein
pre-release version) to create a port-forwarded, static-NAT, or proxy-arp
(you've been through this) based DMZ.
