Ah! Now you've got me worried that I've made a typo. I'll go back and check which 3com nic the driver on boot disk is for (3c59x or 3c5x9), although I think it is probs the first one. Can't do it right now as I don't have access to the computer in question until tomorrow. BTW, I have tried both supplying (irq=10 io=0x300) and not supplying arguments, neither of which seems to make the slightest bit of difference. If we assume that the drivers on the disk are for 3c59x, then am I right in thinking I'm gonna have to make a driver disk?
