Not quite. There are some good details in the LRP Developer's Guide at http://leaf.sourceforge.net - look in the section under Guides. The Oxygen/LRP Resource CDROM has all of the Red Hat packages needed to compile for glibc 2.0, and also has the Developer's Guide included.
