Not quite.  There are some good details in the LRP Developer's Guide at
http://leaf.sourceforge.net - look in the section under Guides.

The Oxygen/LRP Resource CDROM has all of the Red Hat packages needed to
compile for glibc 2.0, and also has the Developer's Guide included.  It
too is available from http://leaf.sourceforge.net

Of course, sounds like ezipupdate is already out there....
