On the two mailing lists I moderate - The AlphaNT and Mac-NT lists - we have a
tradition of
asking new members to introduce themselves... So, Hello, LEAF gang!
It's time for me to dip my toe back into *nix, after a 22 year hiatus from
pounding on a
PDP11-45 running Western Electric Unix back at Georgia Tech. I'm starting to run into
more and
more projects where the Apple & MS offerings just don't cut it, and a good place to
start is
with routers & gateways (although I played with GnatBox Lite a couple of years ago).
...In short, I need to start back from scratch, since my *nix knowledge is as
rusty as, well, er...
