I got most of my LCD's from Marlin P Jones: http://www.mpja.com/ I think they'll ship internationally. The parallel-port LCD panels are pretty common, and come in a variety of sizes. As long as the controller is compatible (and almost all small 14 pin parallel "smart" LCD modules I've seen are), you should be able to make it work...you don't need the exact models I tried.
