The good news is that the hardware looks fine, but your not getting a
lease from the DHCP server. Put a blank, formatted floppy in your
drive and get us the network config:

        mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt
        cat /etc/network.conf >/mnt/network.txt
        umount /mnt

Then you can cut-n-paste the network.txt file on the floppy
to your email client (in any OS) so we can figure out what is 
wrong with the network config.
