I had basically the same problem WITH Road Runner. For over a week, portsentry reported attackalerts for three separate IP's from Road Runner - blocked them - and yet one of those IP's kept coming back as evident from my logs. I sent three separate emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with no response from them (did not expect a response just the usual autoreply thing) and still managed to log one of those IP's coming back a total of 9 times. Finally on the last email I cc'd [EMAIL PROTECTED] and just like that those IP's went away (and appeared to have found others out there to bother!) I am not impressed, but at least I am not a customer of theirs like you are Kory. Sounds like many people here are expressing simular experiences with RR and maybe Lynn (guitarlynn) will be able to get something thru to them. Good Luck!
