Following the instructions in
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/jnilo/bupppoe.html#AEN343

I added the net/ppp0/- line to the Interfaces file and commented out the
eth0 line. Should I have left eth0 in? Do I need the dhcp, routefilter,
and norfc1918 options added to the ppp0 line?

#ZONE INTERFACE BROADCAST OPTIONS
#net eth0 detect dhcp,routefilter,norfc1918
net ppp0 -
loc eth1 detect routestopped

Also, I tried editing the Masq file as shown below, but kept getting errors
saying that "eth0 must be up".

B/ The masq file (entry 7). With a dial-up modem setup it should look like:

(...)
#INTERFACE SUBNET
ppp0 eth0
#LAST LINE -- ADD YOUR ENTRIES ABOVE THIS LINE -- DO NOT REMOVE

Reading the documentation provided within the masq file, I think this SUBNET
should be eth1 not eth0 since that is my internal NAT'ed network. That's
what I did and it works. Is this an error in the doc?
