I'm running Dachstein, and I was wondering if there were an packages to throttle bandwidth. The reason I ask is that at my work we rent out space to some other people, and they share our T1. Problem is they are hogging bandwidth and even if institute some rule or policy, I still want to make sure they aren't taking up more than 25% of the bandwidth. Any help?
