Since you don't say what mobo or BIOS you are using, we can hardly "prove" you either right or wrong. I can tell you that the place to look, usually, is on the first setup page of the BIOS (the name varies a bit; it is the one that has the time, the disk settings, and such on it). There *may* be a choice for what errors to halt on. If there is, one option will usually be "all except keyboard"; another will be "none". Choosing either of these will get you past problems with the absence of a keyboard. Not all BIOSs have this setting available; if yours doesn't, I suspect that there is no other workaround for you. (If the old chestnut about putting a resistor across two of the keyboard pins resurfaces in response to your message, don't believe it -- that solution dates back to XT-keyboard days and works with neither an AT keyboard or a PS2 keyboard). -- -------------------------------------------"Never tell me the odds!"-------- Ray Olszewski -- Han Solo Palo Alto, California, USA [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf ------------------------------------------------------------------------ leaf-user mailing list: [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-user SR FAQ: http://leaf-project.org/pub/doc/docmanager/docid_1891.html
