A pretty similar action as you would on the other "standard" form of Linux
distribution, SysV.

Add an RCDLINKS variable with the appropriate runlevel and order
numbers.   LEAF routers can't depend on persistent storage to retain the
script symlinks, so a dynamic method is used.

RCDLINKS variables are not processed.  This is possible, but not
