Yes ... it is hardcoded to offload IPSec encryption/decryption tasks from the CPU. Don't know for sure how many users will ever need this or if it is just a gimmick (possibly if you are running IPSec closer to fully duplexed 100 Mbps speeds - probably not a very common scenario ... yet). > Intel offers a GNU licensed driver for this card at > http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/download.asp?url=/2896/eng/e100-2.1.2 4.tar.gz This looks like the e100.o module. I tried the version on the Dachstein modules page, and couldn't get it to work either. Perhaps someone else could verify as well. > Thanks for posting this report, Duncan. > You're welcome. Hopefully it saves someone else from the deadline stress that this caused me. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: To learn the basics of securing your web site with SSL, click here to get a FREE TRIAL of a Thawte Server Certificate: http://www.gothawte.com/rd524.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------ leaf-user mailing list: [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-user SR FAQ: http://leaf-project.org/pub/doc/docmanager/docid_1891.html
