I know it may be a weird request but could somebody possibly compile the ethloop test program for creating plot diagrams for tc(htb specifically) testing?

I would do it on mine but i don't quite have a virtual environment setup yet. Could somebody help me out with this one? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its quite small in fact.
