Helo! I have one question.
My Bering firewall version 2.4.18 on my 486DX4 100Mhz with 1 FD using ppp access to internet with external ISDN modem. It is working just fine but there are some incomprehensible addresses like dummy0 and ppp1 that I don't have it in my box. There should be onely lo, eth0 and ppp0. The second question is about statistics on ma Bering leaf firewall. Is there any modul to check the statistics of made internet connection with my router. I would like to know from what IP address connection was demanded actualy who want to connnect to the internet. Thanks for help in advance Here are my data. address.txt == 1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP> mtu 16436 qdisc noqueue link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00 inet 127.0.0.1/8 brd 127.255.255.255 scope host lo 2: dummy0: <BROADCAST,NOARP> mtu 1500 qdisc noop link/ether 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff 3: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast qlen 100 link/ether 00:80:48:d5:35:25 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff inet 192.168.0.254/24 brd 192.168.0.255 scope global eth0 4: ppp0: <POINTOPOINT,MULTICAST,NOARP,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast qlen 3 link/ppp inet 194.249.1.150 peer 193.2.0.78/32 scope global ppp0 5: ppp1: <POINTOPOINT,MULTICAST,NOARP,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast qlen 3 link/ppp inet 10.64.64.65 peer 10.112.112.113/32 scope global ppp1 ROUTE.TXT == 193.2.0.78 dev ppp0 proto kernel scope link src 194.249.1.150 10.112.112.113 dev ppp1 proto kernel scope link src 10.64.64.65 192.168.0.0/24 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 192.168.0.254 default via 193.2.0.78 dev ppp0 MESSAGES.TXT == Dec 24 06:42:08 firewall syslogd 1.3-3#31.slink1: restart.
