Yes, but you can get around it in most cases by using a separate
lrpkg.cfg file that only contains:
root,etc,local,modules,iptables,ppp,pppoe,shorewall,daemontl,dnscache,ti
nydns,libm,ntpsimpl,libz,sshd,sftp,ezipupd,weblet

(no LRP=)

And then remove the LRP= line from syslinux.cfg.

Check in the docs, my syntax and filenames may not be exactly correct.
