You will need to install the Liveupdate Corporate server.
It will download from Symantec all the configured updates and then
the internal wks will download from it.
The extra trick:
Add this line to your internal DNS:
corp.serv.lu.ip liveupdate.symantec.com
On the corp server's remove the DNS config and add
the IP's from the akamai.net's liveupdate
servers to the local hosts file
The wks will think talk to liveupdate.symantec.com, which
is your internal server, thus updating the signatures,
without needing to have net access.

LiveUpdate without net access. It's kind of contradictive.
