This option added to the /etc/init.d/udhcpc file should correct the error:
-s, --script=file Run file at dhcp events (default:
/usr/share/udhcpc/default.script)
So, find this change, and not the fix at the last option
(NOTE- this is all one line):
/usr/sbin/udhcpc -i $interface -H $HOSTNAME -n -p /var/run/udhcpc.pid \
$D_CLIENTNAME $D_ASK_IP -script=/etc/udhcpc.script
