I am speaking only for myself, but: Don't worry about it. There's a lot in the
archives and a lot to configure; sometimes you miss things.  Plus I think
watching someone else go through it helps set it in our minds.  I bet a lot of
us will know/remember the next time someone asks. :o)  It was definitely fresh
in my mind, having just gone through it a week or two before.

Glad you got your problem straightened out and are now up and running!
