You will find qos-htb.lrp in the pub packages area. The bering user's guide has a chapter on QoS dealing with this written by me. If you have any doubts, please get back to me. htb.init needs to be modified to run on ash instead of bash(typically, "()" bravkets need to be replaced with "[]" I think) which is what has been done in qos-htb.lrp.
