Both are completely outdated, sorry. 
IMHO the wish list should be removed - feature requests are raised pn 
mailing-list faster than wish list could be updated and the appropriate place 
for wishes is the support tracker

I admit, that there a inconsistencies, but those are related to the term 
"historically grown" - you may know that from your IT departement :)
