You can also take a look at my QBox project. It is designed from the
ground up with LEAF to do just this (bridge w/ QoS). v0.2 will be out soon which
cleans up the interface and makes some minor bug fixes.

While QBox is designed to run on the PC Engines WRAP board out of the
box (write to CF and boot it), you can use the qbox package for other
installs.

What you get with the project is a quick way to specify ports and IPs
for shaping, assigning them to specific queues, and specifying the
bandwidth allocation for those queues.

Feel free to ask off-list any questions you may have. I'm using QBox
for all our corporate sites (asterisk VoIP, h.323 video, Citrix, and
bulk traffic).
