preface - I'm still running Bering v1.2 I ran accross a program which I'd like to build, or have built, for use with my Bering router. I tried to setup the userspace build environment, but was unsuccessful. I know I need to upgrade to Bering uclibc, so maybe this is something that pushes me over the edge ;).
The only system I have running 24/7 is my router, I've got 3 other linux box and a window box. I'd like to be able to mirror my rpm repositories on my router, and Depo (formerly YAM) is the way to do it. Now I understand that I'm going to need a pretty decent drive (fortunately I've got a spare 40gig just collecting dust) but I don't have any immediate way to build this package. I guess I'm indirectly asking for this to be built, or if someone could investigate building it. If noone is interested I'll give it a go, just thought I'd ask. Additionally, if noone else is interested in building it themselves, would anyone else be interested in implementing it, so that if/when I build it, I'll be sure to contribute it? thanks, joey ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
