Thanks Martin It seems that tinyproxy ( running on my firewall or its parent, I use my providers proxy gateway ) did something bad.
After I bypassed the proxy it seems to be running ok. Regards, Harry. PS. By the way I have compiled dansguardian for Bering-uClibc and it seems ok - so far. I haven't used the builttool.pl though, Instead I've used the method included in the README file written by u.
