It seems that tinyproxy ( running on my firewall or its parent, I use my 
providers proxy gateway  ) did something bad.

After I bypassed the proxy it seems to be running ok.

PS. By the way I have compiled dansguardian for Bering-uClibc and it seems ok - 
  so far.

I haven't used the builttool.pl though,
Instead I've used the method included in the README file written by u.
In other words I've used the by hand method 

"'make -f buildtool.mk source BT_BUILDROOT=/my/example/dir \
MASTERMAKEFILE=/my/example/dir/make/MasterInclude.mk'"

If anybody is interested let me know.
