I'm afraud, but pretty shure though, this are not temporary problems.

It shows a general weakness inherited in the WorldWideWeb from day one - 
outdated information and dead links.

If you or someone else can fix this special case with updated links, or 
providing enhanced docs not relaying on links, which will be dead in two 
years, it will be appreciated.
