I have the following code as a test:

commodity RMB
  format ¥1,000,000.00
  nomarket
  default

C 1.000000 BTC = 1000000 bits

P 2015/4/20 10:10:10 BTC 1380.19 RMB

I dont have a lot of bitcoin, so my normal output is shown in bits instead
of BTC. But when I run balance with the '-V' or '-B' flag, it doesn't
convert transactions in 'bits', and so my output still consists of RMB and
bits.

Is there anyway to fix this, while still being allowed to enter both
'bits' and 'BTC' into transactions?

(Also, as a side question which I may open as a different topic - is there
anyway to control the output of RMB when 'bal' or other is run? In the
above example, I attempt to default to 2 decimal precision and display with
the ¥ symbol, but ledger still outputs using RMB and 6 decimal precision)
