Sorry, I should have been more clear in my first post.  But that bug report 
seems to be the exact same problem I meant.  Only difference, is mine seems 
to fail both ways.

Here's an example so others on this board don't need to check the link:

commodity RMB
  nomarket
  default

C 1.000000 BTC = 1000000 bits

P 2015/4/20 10:10:10 BTC 1000.00 RMB

2014-01-01 Test
  Income   -200000 bits
  Income   -100 RMB
  myAccount

running `-B balance` will now show that I have 200000 bits and 100 RMB, 
when the expected output is 300 RMB (200 + 100)
