It certainly needs power users: From <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greasemonkey>: "Writing a Greasemonkey script is a technically demanding process (although rather easier than writing a full-fledged Firefox extension). This means that few ordinary users can practically write Greasemonkey extensions." The idea is interesting, although I'm very hesitant to have anything sit between me and my accounts (it's easy to insert a script picking up passwords at that point). And you end up with having to support both scripts and LSMB. The upside is that such would indeed give you very granular control over date fields (actually, ANY fields), but if you're inclined and skilled enough to spend energy there, why not put that energy in a patch instead? :-) /// P /// ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
