I don't see any posts from would-be users saying > that they've evaluated LSMB with Firefox and they like it, but to roll out > they need IE7 support. This is not speculation. We use IE. I am willing to move to Firefox, but I am much smaller than what I suspect are the target customers that LSMB will be looking to attract in the next few years. Furthermore, the posts are coming coming mostly from current users so to read anything more into that is a big mistake. One could argue that you are not seeing more responses from IE users because they have chosen an alternative because LSMB doesn't support IE. There is no reason to participate in this forum if you haven't decided to implement LSMB. I understand the points that Chris has made regarding the issues with supporting IE and it very well may not be the best choice at the moment, but with IE in the 85% market share arena, clearly this is an extremely large segment potentially speaking. As Chris has mentioned, it appears that IE 8.x might provide the solution likely required for IE houses. If so, LSMB is small enough and still in its infancy where they can likely wait to IE 8 becomes prevalent in order to provide support. In other words, support of IE 7 or earlier very well may not be critical, but a road map that shows IE support in the future I do think will be important to LSMB as long as IE holds a majority market share.
