Hi, Im working on the payment stuff for 1.3, so far, prepayments/overpayment are handled directly from the payment screen, the idea is to be able to handle documents for payments and to emit payments without orders or invoices, and later when the invoice arrives, to "use" this overpayment/prepayment against the invoices.
