Module::Install seemed to go all right

I just tried gmake install and got some action, but I seem to have a
problem with LaTex and TcLink:

In the middle of the gmake process, messages such as

scrolled through the screen - there were a lot of these.

Finally at the end was the message:


To use the Template-Latex module you will first need to install LaTeX on
your system and make sure the above programs are available.

Aborting as LaTeX is not installed
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1, <MODULE> line 45.
You don't seem to have LaTeX installed.  Continue anyway? [N] N
 -- cannot continue

[ERROR] Unable to create a new distribution object for
'Template::Plugin::Latex'
 -- cannot continue

*** Template::Plugin::Latex installation cancelled.
*** Module::AutoInstall installation finished.

C:\Program Files\ledgersmb>


I will start looking into installing latex.  this whole installation is
from the ground up, and a pilot run before I install this on other machines.

Please let me know if you have any (more) ideas
