You eradicate them in the same way. Both are innate behaviours that are eliminated by social training which includes example.
Rape and molesting were made an issue by the taking of stands against it. Since then social mores and acceptances have changed ... for the better. We can make the same changes by doing the same things with racism. If there is any barking here it is you barking up the wrong tree!!
